We collaborated with Amplify and Thought Process to design and execute the first Patreon Creator Fest stage programming. Creator Fest is an event to bring creators from all backgrounds together to connect, create, and get inspired. Cycymymy built out the entire event digital media program, from the timeline of looks through the day, to each speakers’ intros, side stage screens, and LED towers.
Through dynamic + colorful design, leveraging manually triggered gridded LED panels and a range of typographic blocking, we set the overall experience to bring to life Patreon’s vision for a creator-led future.
In production, we customized every asset to create an expressive visual ecosystem from typography to imagery, from moving gradient to each introductory lineup animation. The newly launched Patreon logo and evolved brand identity was also peppered into the creative direction, serving as a visual nod to the future of the platform.
Cycymymy assisted the event installation by working with the AV team in real time to trouble shoot and adjust media assets and ensure the smoothness of installation and launch.
