The goal was to reposition the brand visual so that it would both fulfill business objectives and appeal to potential recruits in a new format. We constructed a fresh digital experience that conveys a bold visual balance of key narratives, easy navigation, streamlined engagement, and refreshing approaches to showcasing their already wonderful work.
With a thorough grasp of G&A's portfolio, we embarked on crafting the ultimate user experience for each page, balancing the needs of the business and recruitment goals. Our user journeys, content blueprints, and wireframes served as a robust foundation that directed our design and development efforts with purpose and intention.
We revitalized G&A's brand identity by shortening Gallagher & Associates, from the logo to the overall tone, with a fresh and bold approach. We also established an expandable design system using Figma, which serves efficiently for communication, implementation, and prototyping. Our robust design library encapsulates a comprehensive set of guidelines, including grid and breakpoints, components and variants, providing developers with the confidence to bring our designs to life with precision.
With the aim of communicating the brand message effectively and embracing a new brand tone, we meticulously crafted the copy using language that was both impactful and thoughtful. Our refreshed systematic design is not only visually striking but is also reflected in the bold and confident language that we use.
